How do I choose the correct sizing for tailored overcoats?
Our overcoats are cut true to European sizing with allowance for wearing over a suit jacket or cashmere sweater. We recommend ordering your standard suit size.
What is your complimentary global shipping policy?
We offer complimentary express courier shipping via DHL Express on all global orders exceeding $350. Signature on delivery is required for all shipments.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original security tags attached in original packaging. Contact concierge@crownandcrest.com for prepaid shipping labels.
Are alteration services provided?
Complimentary hem and sleeve adjustments are available at all flagships for full-price garments.
