1. Acceptance

2. Products & Services

All products shown on our website are offered subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that any product shown will be available at the time you place your order. Photographs and descriptions are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the exact color, texture, or finish due to screen and production variations.

3. Prices, Payment & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of taxes (other than those required by law). Orders are processed in INR. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Prices, shipping charges, and taxes are clearly shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, and if an error results in a charge to you, we will refund the excess or cancel the order.

4. Orders & Contract

Placing an order on our website is an invitation to submit an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order constitutes the conclusion of a contract only when we send you a shipping or dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability) and will notify you and issue a refund if payment was already taken.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Delivery timings are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk and ownership of the products transfers to you upon delivery. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier partner at the time of delivery, in the exact amount specified on the order confirmation. Any additional COD charges (if applicable) are borne by you.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your statutory rights, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, available on our website. These policies do not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
